My Story

 

I became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist because I wanted to figure out what foods worked the best for me. Science is constantly revealing new, sometimes conflicting, information about the human body and what it requires to function at its best. I was so confused by all the information out there. I needed somebody to help me make sense out of it. While I learnt a lot during my studies, there’s one thing that I live by every single day – there is no one size fits all diet that works for everyone, only a diet that works for you.
